We are going to be attending a number of trade union conferences over the coming months. This Easter weekend will see us at the NUT Conference in Harrogate. Do come and visit us on our stall to find out about current developments in Nicaragua. We also have lots of lovely goodies for sale!
From 13-15 April we will be attending UNISON's National Health Conference in Liverpool. We are delighted that Carlos Molina and Heysel Medina from the Nicaraguan health union FETSALUD will be joining us for the Conference. Both will be speaking at a fringe meeting to be held on Monday 13 April at 5.15pm in the Conference Centre. Other speakers include Guisell Morales, Nicaraguan Ambassador to the UK, and Roy Emblen, member of the recent UNISON West Midlands Region/George Eliot hospital delegation to Nicaragua. Come along and find out about the realities of health care in Nicaragua.
