FETSALUD delegates to attend UNISON Health Conference

We are delighted to announce that Heysel Medina and Carlos Molina from the health trade union FETSALUD will be arriving in the UK later this week. Their programme will include attendance at UNISON's National Health Conference in Liverpool, where they will be speaking at a fringe meeting on Monday 13th April at 5.15 pm in the Conference Centre. This is a great opportunity to find out about the latest developments in health care in Nicaragua. Other speakers will include Nicaraguan Ambassador Guisell Morales and Roy Emblen, UNISON Deputy Convenor at the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust, who was a member of the recent delegation to Nicaragua. In addition to attending UNISON's Conference, the delegation will be meeting with representatives from George Eliot and UNISON West Midlands Region in order to take forward the twinning agreement signed in February in Managua.
