On 16 November, the British Council, together with the National Education Union - NUT Section, will be hosting an event entitled 'MFL teaching - What can we learn from international collaboration'. The event follows on from the highly successful teacher exchange with Nicaraguan counterpart union ANDEN organised by the NEU- NUT Section earlier this year.

This event will explore the benefits of international collaboration for Modern Foreign Language teaching and offer an opportunity to share learning and best practice between MFL colleagues. The evening will feature presentations from NEU-NUT Section members who participated in the teacher exchange and a short contribution from special guest Her Excellency Guisell Morales-Echaverry, the Nicaraguan Ambassador to the UK. Anna Lise Gordon, President of the Association for Language Learning, will chair.

The event will take place at the British Council, 10 Spring Gardens, London SW1A 2BN.

The event is free of charge and you can register here

We hope to see you there!
